1. About These Terms

These terms and conditions govern every booking made with Nexus Marrakech, whether for a signature package, a bespoke itinerary, a wedding or private event, or any other concierge service. By confirming a booking with us, you agree to the terms below.

2. Bookings & Confirmation

An enquiry submitted through our website or by direct contact is not a confirmed booking. A booking is only considered confirmed once we have verified availability, agreed the final details of your experience, and received your deposit as outlined below.

3. Pricing & Quotations

Please note: the prices provided are approximate and for indicative purposes only. Final rates are subject to availability at the time of confirmation, the final number of guests, and the booking confirmation date. A detailed quotation will be provided upon confirmation of these details.

4. Payments & Deposits

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a deposit of 30% of the total quoted price confirms your reservation, with the balance payable prior to or upon arrival. Accepted payment methods will be communicated with your personalized quotation.

5. Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation terms vary by experience and season, and will be clearly stated in your personalized quotation before confirmation. We recommend travel insurance covering trip cancellation for all bookings.

6. Accessible Luxury Experiences

Guests requiring wheelchair-accessible arrangements or additional mobility support are warmly invited to share their needs when enquiring, so that every detail of transportation, accommodation and activities can be personally verified in advance.

7. Liability

Nexus Marrakech acts as curator and concierge, coordinating trusted local partners — hotels, camps, drivers, guides and vendors — on your behalf. While every partner is carefully selected, Nexus Marrakech is not liable for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, force majeure, or third-party service disruptions.
